They are hard pills, not dissolving capsules. I wouldn't mix it -- just take it with water, milk or juice

Great Manufacturer but not the right one for me

Pure Encapsulated is an amazing brand, unfortunately, this particular version causes me to have headaches and elevates my blood pressure too much due to some of the ingredients. I have attempted to use it a couple times for extended periods and have the same reaction each time with symptoms going away when it's stopped. I use other PE supplements with great success.
