Vortex Optics Razor HD 85mm Spotting Scope Ranging Reticle Eyepieces

Game changer for spotting hits...and misses. I was initially hesitant to purchase because of the fixed 22 power and I was worried I would not see impacts at 1k yards but I was wrong. Very easy to spot both hits on steel and misses that hit the berm. Reticle is easy to use and not cluttered.

Very useful when trying to judge the size of horns/antlers. Excellent quality and clarity.

This reticle equipped rear spotting scope lens changed my spotting scope into a useful long range shooting piece of equipment. Without it there good for watching birds.

Vortex has long been know for its excellent product line. This eyepiece provides either MRAD or MOA ranging depending on the model you order but limits you a single 22x magnification. The advantage of using a scope for ranging is that you are not dependent on a battery-operated device. It also allows you to speak the same "ranging language" to the shooter you're spotting for, giving more information and more precise adjustment information to the shooter than is possible with most battery devices.
