The good fragrance burns eyes
The pump is a nice feature and mine works well. The fragrance is nice and reminiscent of old barber shop lotions they used. However, moments after use my eyes burned uncontrolably until I washed them out with water. At first I thought I must have rubbed my eyes after applying but, use of the Murdock moisturizer the following days resulted in the same burning and I was very conscience of not rubbing my eyes. Truth be told I did not notice an advantage to using this specific product over any of the others I had been using.

Cheap plastic feel for an expensive product
The product feels very cheap and low quality. The plastic material does not match the premium price at all. I expected much better build quality for this price range.
