Nice laptop, but running Windows 11, not 10 as described
If the OS version is important to you, clarify with the seller what you're actually going to get.I view 11 as a downgrade, not an upgrade, and am NOT happy that I did not receive what was described.

Many things malfunctioning
The laptop is very fast...but something very important is missing. The graphics card is not recognized by it. I installed drivers and nothing. I will have to spend money to fix it. The battery doesn't last at all, the speakers are very saturated. They offered me 10% in their store as compensation. It's an insult.Not recommended

CNE direct total rip off
First off this delivery was late as I needed it for business trip and had go elsewhere to get new one.My son accepted this laptop without knowing it was no longer needed. I had him start it up to see how it was. It would not set up and keyboard didn't work.I had my son bring it to computer shop to see what was wrong. About hour my son dropped I got a message from the repair shop " the computer sent to you is 6 to 8 years old and is on its last leg, get your money."All the negative reviews are correct and this seller should be banned for ripping ppl off. The customer service is a disgrace. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER BECAUSE THEY WILL SURELY RIP YOU OFF

Laptop battery dies in 30 minutes
Dell precision 7730 works great, but the battery does not hold the power. battery dies in less than 30 minutes. I have to have the power cord plugged in all the time. There's no way to contact the seller other than returning the product.

Inaccurate specs. Disappointed
I was worried because the specs were high on this, and the price was pretty low. I couldn’t be happier though! It is in perfect condition and has the exact specs that was advertised. I am very happy. Thank you so much.- Follow up a week later: Opened it and found only 16G of memory instead of the advertised 32G. very disappointed as I needed it to start school. Not accusing anyone of being shady, but definitely a red flag for me so I returned it and will now have to figure something else out with a different company.

Looks perfect, works perfect
Laptop looks and acts brand new. The only problem is that the power supply provided is 180 watt and it is supposed to be a 240 watt otherwise it would be 5 stars. This causes low power warnings every time the laptop is turned on taking it into the bios. Otherwise this is perfect. As a computer, this thing is a beast. I can't imagine I'll ever need this much computing power.

The laptop is in excellent condition, look like new. The video card was 8 gb instead of 6gb great bonus. Really satisfied and recommand this sellers
