Soul Coaching: 28 Days to Discover Your Authentic Self

This is a four week/28 day in-depth cleanse to help you clear different aspects of your life. You will work on the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels.

I found this book when I was looking for a way out of feeling depressed, hopeless, and purposeless—adrift. Other than malaise and disorientation caused by pandemic isolation, I had no external cause for these feelings. I was trying to decide between two $15 workbooks to figure things out and build myself up when I saw this, Denise Linn’s Soul Coaching. What a gift! Every suggestion is practical and helpful.Each day includes affirmations that are powerful reminders as well as three levels of exercises, so you can explore and internalize the principles in whatever way works for you at the moment. Some days the readings and practice can take as little as 5 or 10 minutes, but the awareness follows you through that day and through the following days and weeks.Denise’s voice is kind, compassionate, joyful, and encouraging. I felt much more positive and stronger before I was even halfway through the 28 days. I am so glad I was well into this journey before having to cope with a loss in my family.I will continue to use the lessons and affirmations regularly. I can see going through this cycle of exercises two or three times a year, each time digging deeper, learning something new, and better integrating awareness of light into my soul. This was such a unique experience. She offers 3 levels/exercise of work you can do which makes the program very customizable. She also encourages you to finish the book, making the suggestion that you don't pressure yourself to adhere to the 28 days and take more time if needed. You can choose to change the levels daily. I opted to do all 3 daily exercises and the results of doing this was a catalyst to many epiphanies and deep thoughts to ponder. Life changing. The drawback to this book is that the workload or the time required varies per day. Some days, it was very intense and time consuming and other days very light and quick.She is very big on decluttering your home but is very practical and gentle about it to the point that you can take a drawer and organize it (no need to tackle you entire house). It feels so good!It took me close to 60 days to complete this book because the time required varied per day. Some of the exercises I did over a day or two. There were a few times I had to take a break for a few days and reflect on the exercise I did. It's really that powerful.Take the plunge and do this for yourself, you won't regret it.

I am taking a class that uses this book and for the most part, it's insightful and inspiring. You can choose how involved you want to be each day for the next month based on your time and interest. I liked the levels but was disappointed in that some of them were just readings and I guess, processing it vs. an action. I usually did levels 1 and 2; occassionally did level 3 because it was a huge step or something I didn't have time to do. Our class met every 2 weeks for 1.5 hrs to process the chapters and it was helpful but I wanted something more. I think it was because we had 7-8 in our class, even with 2 instructors, individually it was not much time to delve into the work as an individual. The book made me look deeper within myself and that was a huge plus. Thank you!

I absolutely loved this book and read through it excitedly as soon as I got it. I am currently working my way through the 28 day program and feel great. I love Denise Linn's calm approach and her well-thought out methodology.

Book did have a Goodwill price tag on for $3 and I paid $5.25 with shipping so that was fair.Book was in good shape and delivered in a timely manor.

My girlfriend and I are in our early 30's and we decided to do this together but had no idea it would be life changing. We just finished a couple of days ago and we are so grateful to have done this together. Even though we didn't do all of the exercises (either they were a little silly, we were busy, or we were dealing with some strong emotions) we both had our own personal breakthrough. This is something everyone should do and something I wish I would've done when I graduated high school. I've been practicing yoga for about eight years and daily meditation for almost three years and this book still taught me so much about myself, the people in my life, and the experiences I've had. We all tell a story, we all have a story, but it doesn't have to be a sad one. Our story can be 100% positive, uplifting, and empowering. We plan on doing this again in about 6 months for our New Years resolution in 2016 with more friends. We are constantly changing and life is always a surprise so we want to stay centered and peaceful through our life journey.

This is one of the first times I committed myself to the experience and seeing it through to the end. I loved every part of this process and will do this again and again. Thank you so much Denise Linn for writing and creating this for me and others.
