Giving this a lower score bc it is literally impossible to pour this stuff without spilling it! I also had to wash my washing machine a few times before the smell was gone but once it was upkeep has been much simpler! Just one wash every month or so since the first few washes and it works great! Washing machine smells nice!

This product is easy to use and is cost effective.

Excellent price and plenty of future "cleans". It has definitely helped but I did use it three times in one week! One of which was the hottest wash on my machine, this was after two standard cycles as they didn't seen to help. There is a difference, but I think I'll need to do a few treatments more to get rid of all the musty smell. All in all, there's an improvement but not as much as I'd hoped.

My washing machine is 10 years old. I have always looked after it cleaning it every two months on a 95 degree wash with Vinegar and soda crystals. I have never had any mould on my rubber seal because I dry it after every use and the detergent drawer and always leave the washing machine door open. Recently I notice a bad smell so couldn’t understand it. I have recently changed from soap powder to pods and wondered if that had anything to do with it. I have only used this Cleanly Washing Machine cleaner once but definitely noticed a difference. Machine smells really nice so I will be using it every month.

Seemed to solve the black sludge problem and smelly oulet tube to the grid. Needs multiple applications and high temperature to work correctly. Needs good cleaning methods wipes around the rubber door seal for trapped residues against the drum. Failing to clean will invoke black streaks on the washing items!

This stuff is mighty expensive but worth every penny. It’s pure magic! Nothing, I mean absolutely nothing would get rid of the smell in my washing machine. 2 uses of this and the smell was completely gone. I’m amazed! I’ll now be doing a monthly maintenance wash to ensure the smell doesn’t return.
