Helps a little
I used these when breastfeeding during the night as it was driving me mad having to wear a bra 24/7 just to wear nipple pads to prevent milk leakage. These silicone pads easily washable and stuck on well, however I found that they would occasionally leak. Some times they’d remain dry and prevent leakage and made me feel so comfortable without a bra but other nights I’d wake up with a wet top. I’d still get them again as the night they did work were amazing to be bra fres
