Thetford 34100 Style Lite & Style Plus Water Valve Kit

This product worked great. Unfortunately no matter which brand you buy they fail somewhat often. So if you need 1 order 2 so you have a spare.

A great kit to carry for spares. Never know when one will go bad.

These all worked well except the main floor seal didn’t fit right so I reused the old one

Accidentally purchased similar item that was not a Thetford brand. It leaked as soon as it was activated. Reordered the Thetford brand and it works flawlessly.

I read a lot of bad reviews but when I considered the options I had, I figured I'd give it a shot. Received it next day and installed it exactly following instructions in about an hour. So far, no leaks. I check it almost every time I walk by it.I will update as time goes on if any issues arise. So far so good. It starts off with 4 stars because in my opinion, they charge twice what I think it is worth, but the only other option is bypassing it and setting up your own flush water feed valve which will cost all of 35 bucks plus more time. I wasn't ready to do that yet and hoping it doesn't come to that.

Instructions explained very well and easy to install. Definitely an OEM fit.

I have bought and replaced this part 3 times in less than 6 months, very bad design and the part seams very brittle for what it does, yes it's broke again

Okay, so here goes.When I bought my Class C Motorhome, the dealer lied to me (imagine that) about a leak behind my toilet. I have a Thetford 34060 Lite toilet. It's a nice toilet, nice pressure. However, after a while I began to feel wetness on the side-walling of the bathroom area (toilet has it's own small room to contain any smells, good design!) and it kept growing.Eventually the wetness spread out to my bedroom, and on the left side it began getting soaked in water. I had no idea what was happening. I did a pump test, and my water pump would kick on every 20 minutes or so to refill pressure into the water system, so I know there was a leak.I began looking, and to my surprise, found behind the toilet, at the top (IE nowhere near the wetness in the bathroom), it was also wet. I felt a small drip come out, but thought to myself... There's no way this drip that took 2 minutes to fall was causing that much depressurization in the water system. I then flushed the toilet while feeling back there, and felt that it squirted water out! AHA! Found the cause of the leak. Apparently the main cylinder expanded and was retaining water due to the previous owners' high water pressure without a regulator.I searched and searched until I found this unit. It didn't directly say it works for this toilet, but it DOES work. It fixed my issue and didn't take long to replace at all! Again, this WILL work on a Thetford 34060 Lite model!

The item arrived a day ahead of schedule. All parts supplied. Easy to install.

Seemed to be exactly like the original valve (true OEM), which is good and bad (works fine, but the plastic will likely eventually fail).I wish they would have improved the part, but should work fine...

Great toilet that performs extremely well and is designed for easy installation and repair. In this case, the valve cracked because of winter freezing, and the design cleverly isolates this possibility to a single component failure. The component, in turn, is low-cost and simple to replace by a well-motivated novice who pays attention to details. In this repair, only the valve was needed, so the other parts are now spares. I wish more products were designed like this. In addition, the delivery by amazon.ca to a remote Canada Post office within a few days sets a new bar for service all round..
