I absolutely love this book! Great read for entrepreneurs

Grateful Bishop wrote this book! When TDJ first announced he was writing a book about entrepreneurship, I did not get excited because assumed it would be too complex for me understand. However, I always buy TDJ books so out of habit I pre-ordered the book. However, as TDJ elaborated more and more each Sunday about content of his book I became excited because it sounded like a practical philosophy instead of complex jargon and mathematical formulas!Ultimately, it was a great read and glad TDJ shares his wisdom and experience in this area! Very practical. Only recommendation is that it would have been icing on cake if TDJ had narrated his audiobook so I could have listen to him read it in his own voice. For that reason, I didn’t buy audiobook and got physical copy. I ❤️ audiobooks and really wanted to hear Bishop read this book. The thought of listening to someone else read Bishop’s words robs me of hearing him in my head so I read the book in silence. No complaints about the book- 💝 it! Thanks Bishop Jakes!! 🙏🏾😘

You can’t go wrong with T.D. Jakes. I bought this book for my brother and he enjoyed it. Very spiritual and insightful. Great quality and appearance. I would recommend this book to family and friends!

The book starts off with the Wrights, how they started in an Ohio bike shop and ended flying above a sandy North Carolina beach. Taking flight but having to move to the right environment because the winds were favorable and the ground amenable. There were many other concrete and relevant examples of how to get your business off the ground. Was there a step by step method for how to start and sunset your business? Well, no. But maybe yes. When I read encouraging books such as these I all too often crave to be given all the steps that I need to succeed. I actually want the writer to tell me specifically what I need to do. Only one book I've read told me how to get books into print but even that book didn't give me all the steps to market and get books in front of the right faces. Or did it? Did Soar! by TD Jake's do it? Not in so many words with step by step methods. However, it did give you all the essential tools you need. And there are also resources at the end of the book for entrepreneurial use. This book is not only a great tool but also a great reference tool to use as I stretch my entrepreneurial legs.

Excellent read

I've known Pastor TD-Jakes as a powerful man of God everytime I will need a voice of a roaring lion, I will always push play and listen to his preaching.But one thing that surprised me after reading this book is the entrepreneurial side of him. I did not gave me knowledge in business but most importantly, it helped changed my mindset about christianity.Majority of people boxed a Pastor within a church and expect them to be a Pastor forever. So I am glad that Pastor TD Jakes took this lift and soared high. Christianity is bringing Christ and His presence wherever you go having it reflect what you do and not what you say.
