Good book, highly recommended. Covers some very important aspects regarding chest training.
I dont usually review unless I have any complaints or Fraud to be documented so that it may help the users.I see people have written many negative reviews w.r.t the person not the product.I will give an honest review based on my experience.1. Book : Book written is to share the knowledge and experience what ever he has, I have seen this guy to be honest and genuine.When it comes to knowledge people may differ to his knowledge and that applys to every book, however what matters is how you utilize the knowledge shared in the book. This book covers some very important aspects regarding chest which are hard to find. I would highly recommend.2. Tarun gill: As mentioned earlier, I have found this guy to be honest and Genuine.My experience is first I had ordered his protien just to test it. I ordered 2 kg box. He gave me 2 kg more for free, which was an generous act on holy.My second experience is when I ordered prostar 5 lbs where he gave me GAT bcaa for free worth 3400 rs. (tentative) as I was amongst first 3 buyer.Note : I am from pune, have no relations/connection with tarun. Its just to help the person who has helped me.

Basic run-of-the-mill tale
The book, as was evident on the first glance, isn't anything different than what you would find as suggestions on google or by your gym trainer. Its more a biography of the writer than a self-help or help book tbhBasic things like protein diet, daily work out, steroids (which I had hoped wouldn't have come into play since many wouldn't like to or afford to use them)If this is your kind of material, that motivates you to follow through your aim, buy it

Not worth buying!
I honestly thought this book will provide me with greater insights to reduce chest fat, but the whole book revolves around tarun gill's story and what he has faced in his early days. The takeways from the book are very limited, which i would list below.1. Muscle mind connection.2. If u have chest fat, train your chest 3 times a week.3. Do your classic pushups every day, 4-6 sets of 25 reps each.4. Limit your carbs( he has given a diet plan, but dont worry it is a normal plan with oats, chicken,paneer and fish).5.he tells about his steroid cycle.

Loved ur way of explaining...The best Book I have ever read on chest fat ..thank u sir for describing f in a proper manner ..I was in search of this answer that how toh get rid of chest fat ...Got the answer in this book.....Want to read the book slowly slowly but on the other hand want to read it in an hour and that’s what I did...I read it in just 1 hours...thank u so much sir @tarungill for sharing your precious knowledge with us...will surely follow all your instructions given in the books.....your’s knowledge + our dedication = our success... recommend to everyone...who wants to be fit and healthy ...Everything is mentioned in the books exercise diet ...dos and donts ...just have follow these ...@tarungill @tarungillfitness

One time read.
Everyone of us want to fit and live a happy healthy life .So here is a book, i bought. I bought the book and read it. It was a great read but nothing much special.Step by step process in mentioned to be performed day after day and how to get through the process.A good fitness book.

Got answers to all my questions
Mr gill thank u so much for writing this book I have started going gym and with your planogram I have started doing all the chest exercises with others as per the gym schedule. I am sure that every thing will be positive and I have imagined my physic with a flat chest, and I have made up my mind to go for your 90 days plan I will do it for sure. Thank u for sharing your valuable experiance.

Give it a try
No idea if someone can just build up their body by reading a book and relying on it. Go give this book a try and also, do not completely rely on a book. Book has a lucid narration but I really didn't like that it's promoting the use of steroids.
