The product cuts and crushes tablets quite well. One reviewer has written that it is not good for crushing, but my experience has been great as it can be seen in the photo. Highly recommended.

Not useful for cutting up small pills. Even the V-shaped mould and grove not able to cut small size tablets into two. It breaks the tablet into more pieces or unequal portions.

this is a little tricky to use...you have to place the tablet in the centre of the cutter...otherwise if you align it with the groves that is given and press down, the tablet will get crushed...the crusher part of the item works well...screw down and it crushes the tablet...yes, it will work for tablets of all sizes...but I find that one side of the tablet will cut fine...usually the other side doesn't cut, it just gets crushed...blade is sharp...seems to be of good quality plastic...but I don't like the fact that no where on the box was it written that it is BPA free or food grade plastic...so that means it probably isn't... :(

This product is useless. I bought it with so much with anticipation that it will once and for all resolve my mother's need for crushing medicines, to easily take them. But this doesn't even cut them properly. The crush mechanism is weak, doesn't work at all, leave aside tablets which are very hard to crush. Money wasted !

No complaints from my grandparents so far. If they're able to use it without hassle, the product is definitely worth it.

This is piece of crap made of plastic. The product got good finish and seems fancy but its crush the pill rather to cut it this make the remaining piece not usable.

It's great, now Mom doesn't have to swallow those pills whole.
