Read the review... this is an amazing tool and a necessity
OMG!!!! The best purchase of 2020! I was skeptical at first, the concept of murdering flies doesn't bode well with me emotionally. However, my son has special needs and hasn't quite understood to that flies are bad for bacteria. We have an random flurry of gnats or fruit flies. They hover over my children's food, because my son doesn't understand like us, he allows then room go near his food. Well, enough is enough. We've tried sprays, traps, natural vinegar remedies, to no avail. Until now. Like I said, I don't like murdering flies but it's just too much. We are a clean family and I gave no idea where they are coming from. At the risk of them contaminating my family's food, I had to take control. This certainly is correct. The swatter is amazing. It has a UV light too. Top tips, pour some washing up liquid with apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water and pour a little ketchup on the top. The flies are attracted to sugar and vinegar. We used this as a natural remedy for weeks prior to this purchase and it worked so well. They would fall in and sink to the bottom. Using this initial mixture helps lure in the flies, Baiting them to congregate in to one area. Now you're armed, you have this taser terror in your hands, you're ready. There's no need to clean the swatter either, the flies literally evaporate in a little blue crack of light... amazing

I regret not buying it sooner - bugs gone in 2 days
I have bugs in my house since late May- after googling the life span of bugs I patiently waited for them to die naturally but sadly they reproduced. I soon lived with hundreds of bugs, they accompany me everywhere during the lonely pandemic. I bought wasp killer spray, it did nothing but making me feel sick. Finally I decided to buy a zapper, old school and affordable way of getting rid of the bugs. And dang who would think that a zapper can kill hundreds of bugs in 2 days (one charging), on the plus side it is a good eyeball exercise and a body workout to wander around the house to find the bugs. It is so stress relieving and satisfying! I am certain that there are less than 10 bugs living in my house right now and I just have to hunt them down. God knows if I would miss killing them once they are all gone..If bugs bother you, BUY THIS ASAP!p.s.: don't waste your money on sprays they just do not work.

Good functionality - will it last?
Pros: good functionality, easy to use, foldable.Cons: doesn't seem as sturdy as others, buttons seem flimsy/ breakable. Only had it for one week, time will tell. The main thing is it does the job purchased for and the benefit of folding means it is easy to store away.

Simply awesome
I used this every night during my 115 day camping trip in Scotland. And if you've never experienced the cloud of pain that is the Scottish midge it's like something from the gates of hell itself. This "electric tennis racket" which is what I called it, saved my life and literally my sanity. I mowed down thousands of the bastards with no remorse. I murdered generations of the relentless Scottish midge only to be hit back by Legion every time I wanted to take a piss. One night we got fully submerged in the ocean after stupidly camping on the beach of a tidal loch. The tennis racket was actually underwater! along with everything else I owned. But the point here is after I has dryed it out it not only carried on working but some how jacked itself up by 1000%! it didn't just go off when I slayed another fearless foe but went off all the time. About 500 clicks a minute. It was awesome!! I felt like Thor smighting famly after family of Scottish midge with wild hatred in my eyes. After minutes of limitless death each night I could sleep soundly. It's easy to charge, very light and good value for money. I'd highly recommend this product.

Makes a good bang
This makes a very satisfying bang when you make contact with one of those little flying beasts, however sometimes a bang is all you get and it carries on flying. It certainly works but it more often than not knocks the fly out of the air and then it needs squashing rather than an instant kill. I have had a previous bat that was a 100% success rate with contact to kill. Its fine and does the job but there are better out there.

A very useful flying bug zapper.
I can see this coming in very handy when our Summer arrives and the bugs are in full swing. I get very few insects or pests in the house since I started using ultrasonic pest repellers but this will zap any flying bugs that do come in. Easy to use, you just switch on and hold the side button down. I like the way this folds up neatly and the internal battery is rechargeable so just plug the supplied lead into a micro USB 5V charger and wait for the red light to change green. Remember to hide this away from children, it looks fun in use but the voltage is very high.

Easy to use
Great zapper we live on the edge of town behind us is a farm and as soon as I open my windows or kitchen door in come those pesky flys, we end up following them around trying to swot them with a news paper but now they don’t get far I find it very satisfying zapping them, The zap is quite loud and even tho I know what’s going to happen I still jump a bit it’s quite loud but as long as it does the job I’m fine with that,

Great Fun
Yes this works - and it kills the flies with quite a powerful zap! House flies take a few zaps to actually get them to drop dead rather than just stun them (how they survive a good toasting I don't know) but mozzies and the little bitey ones just take one hit. Getting used to the lovely smell of burnt fly and enormous fun to boot!

Witzig!
