I have been buying this for years. Great flax seed. I use it daily. I keep out a small jar’s worth and the rest in the freezer until I need it.

I use with cereal, yogurt, and sometimes in baking. I think the flavor has changed recently; less appealing to my tastebuds than before.

Good quality product! Don’t really have a taste that I have noticed but I mostly put them in smoothies. Great source of fiber. Not a bad price compared to others.
