Minnetonka Women's Fringed Moccasin

After reading the reviews I purchased these shoes 1 size smaller than I normally wear. I am almost always a true 6.5, and the 5.5 fit me perfectly. The first time I wore them, they rubbed the top of my foot at the base of my little toe where they were stitched. I purchased some no-show loafer liners, and I have not had any further problems with them rubbing. They have also stretched out in width and provide a perfect fit. These mocassins look so cute with skinny jeans. I love the tan color and the beaded design - they match so many things. I have worn them for trips to the mall that involve a lot of walking, and they are so comfortable I don't notice them at all. They are also very quiet because of the rubber bottoms. I wore these to an outdoor party after a heavy rain. I ended up walking on dirt and wet grass for most of the night, and I thought that these shoes would be ruined for sure. When I arrived home I was ecstatic to find that only the soles had grass on dirt on them, and they cleaned up perfectly. I will be buying these again when this pair wears out.

I’m so bummed out. These fit perfect and were so comfortable and easy to slip on and off. I wanted these to be my go-to shoes, and they were for a week... and then the stitching fell apart. I loved them so much I bought them for my friend for Christmas too, but I don’t want to give her something that won’t last. :( Buy at your own risk I guess.Update: I replaced them with a second pair hoping the first time was just a fluke and got the exact same problem in the exact same spot. :(

Right now, the shoe is a little large, I read the warning that they run a bit large, but felt they would fit, and they will once I have a chance to wear them with socks. They are really cool looking, have only worn them twice, but had compliments both times. I am very happy with them, and have a friend that is ordering a pair after seeing mine ( different style)..I used to wear moccasins daily, but then could never find a place to buy them again ( used to buy them at Stuckeys)...I am delighted I have a site where I can buy them now. I see a winter pair I intend to buy once the season changes, am delighted that they have this site online.....

Nothing but love for these cute little flats. I have terrible trouble with the fit of shoes and almost never wear them without socks. These Minnetonka Moccasins are SO comfortable they required NO break in period! I can wear these all day at work without socks and without the slightest discomfort. As close to wearing slippers as it gets but classy enough for work with a pair of black pants. Looks great for everyday too paired with black leggings or skinny jeans - SO HAPPY! Highest quality materials and the bead work on the upper is stunning. Other reviewers have said these run large - no idea what is up with that as I wear a size 8 and the 8 in these fit like a glove.

I wear a size 9, ordered a size 9 and they're a little long. The mocassin is narrow and long and wide around the ankle. I feel like the tie should be up higher to be more effective. I think I'm going to try an 8 or 8 1/2 and if they don't fit better I'll get refund. I like this style but it needs to be perfected a little more Minnetonka.

I have always loved Minnetonka. They always have such comfortable shoes for everyday walking and such. These are no exception. They're soft and flexible, just right for walking my dogs. They do run a bit big, though, especially in the heel, and the right shoe is inexplicably a bit bigger than the left. I've noticed that on a couple of pairs of Minnetonkas. That can be fixed easily, though - the leather tie is long enough that you can tie them pretty tightly. And they are roomy enough for wearing heavy winter socks. I'll probably buy another pair in a different color too.

I have worn Minnetonkas for years as my "indoor shoes". (We use outdoor and indoor shoes so as not to bring dirt into the house.) They are perfect for that purpose - very good looking, easy to slip on and off without having to "sit down and put on my shoes"). Comfy, but dressier and better looking than slippers. Very good quality for the price. I only wish they had some arch support. This version I bought does seem looser than the traditional moccasin I have bought from Minnetonka. Do get at least a 1/2 size smaller than you usually get.

The picture looks so much better than the actual shoe. One of the shoes is tweaked, I don't really know how to explain it. The lip around the top was quite a wider than on the other shoe and it just looks bad, I can't explain it. The shoe is flat inside with no support at all. I wear an 8 1/2 but after reading the reviews I ordered a 7 1/2, they are still a little big. I have owned Minnetonka shoes in the past, they are hit and miss, sometimes good sometimes not. I will not buy anymore Minnetonkas on the internet, I must see them in person to make sure that they aren't defective and that I get a good fit.

Ich liebe Mokassins. Minnetonka waren auf Grund des hohen Preises bisher unerreichbar für mich. Nun hatte ich Glück und diese schwarzen waren um Einiges reduziert. Da habe ich natürlich zugeschlagen.Ich habe normalerweise 42 und die war hier von der Länge her optimal. Sie fallen jedoch weit aus. Ich habe jetzt nicht den schmalsten Fuß, aber die Mokassins saßen sehr sehr locker. Außerdem hatte ich nach der vielleicht drei minütigen Anprobe an den Füßen schwarze Ränder. Ich frage mich wie mein Fuß aussieht, wenn ich die Mokassins den ganzen Tag trage.Schnäppchen hin oder her. Die süßen Mokassins gingen wieder zurück.
