Brazilian Cheese Bread Mix Was Delicious
Product arrived in perfect shape! Also, it had a very long sell by date. When I made cheese bread from this mix it turned out delicious! The only thing I'd like to change is for the packaging to put the directions to make this in English as a person has to figure out the recipe! This would be helpful!

Great value & great tasting!
Delicious & a great value compared to Brazilian cheese breads available in stores. It's gluten free and one of the few flours (cassava) that doesn't cause me upset.Easy to make with English instructions. Oven at 400°F. I split the mix in half and add 200ml water + 4 eggs + 16oz shredded cheese (can adjust if desired). This makes a full half sheet pan of biscuits (enough for my family). Double to make the entire bag!

We love this mix!
Ever since trying pao de queijo we have tried to find the best way to recreate it at home. This mix along with eggs, cheese, and milk makes delicious bread! Yum!!!

Exactly what I wanted and for a good price!
I like the fact that this product does NOT contain powdered cheese. You add your own freshly-grated cheese for a better-tasting and chewier result, plus better quality control. I read Portuguese so the recipe was very helpful, but I’m thinking that it might be a plan to include an English translation separately just in case? Because EVERYONE I know who has eaten these has wanted to make them and might be so frustrated to have the key ingredient but not know how to put it all together. Anyway, very happy and BIG PLANS for a Brazilian extravagância soon!

Missing Portuguese instructions
There are no instructions in Portuguese, that’s why I gave 4 stars

Super easy to make, but instructions are in Portuguese
The instructions are easy to find online for this - several folks have translated the back of this, presumably because we Americans are likely to go "Ooo I wanna make that" without knowing Portuguese. Once you get past that minor hurdle, this bag makes a whole bunch of these rolls, which is delightful. I tried putting different things inside. I found that corn works pretty well. Meatballs work great but you don't end up with as much of the cheese flavor, as you end up with this odd hollow shell with a meatball bouncing around inside. Tasty, but not awesome. Just doing them as the rolls is probably the best.

Outstanding! Exactly the same as Fogo de Chao!
One of our favorite foods at Fogo de Chao (our favorite Brazilian steakhouse) is their cheese rolls. Years ago, I tried to make them at home and failed miserably. Forget that! However, based on the positive reviews here, I decided to try the AMAFIL mix. I used their recipe exactly, including the types of cheeses to use, and the rolls came out perfect! I mixed the dough by hand and it is true that, when done correctly, the dough comes away from the sides of the bowl and sticks to your hands instead. Makes things kind of messy. But, as others have suggested, if you make a large batch and freeze a bunch of uncooked dough balls, the inconvenience is minimized. DH asks for them all the time. A great product.
