Seeds of Change Brown & Red Rice w/ Chia & Kale, 8.5 Ounce, 6 Count

This is a tasty base rice dish for those that may not want spices and are just looking for a side. It’s really easy to make, only 90 seconds in the microwave.

This rice is a long-time favorite in my house. Such a quick, easy and healthy side dish. Great flavor, I always add a little butter to take it to the next level.

Easy & delicious - even my service dog can enjoy it with me because of the healthy ingredients - and then she asked for more! This is a great combination, although we did end up adding more of our own kale to it, but we're kale krazy around here . . . And for those nights when you are really in a hurry, this is an excellent item to combine with the Tasty Bites Indian dinners for fast, easy and very yummy!

Delicious and nutritious,(high fiber, low sodium) but tastes a bit undercooked and needs a few extra minutes in the microwave to soften the texture. I add it to soups or use it as a side dish. I wouldn't use it cold as a salad, because I find it a bit too chewy unless further cooked.

I originally bought this at Costco, but they are currently not carrying it. I love the taste and the convenience of this product. I don't feel like I'm eating processed food per se, but something relatively healthy that is ready in 90 seconds or less. I'm glad to see it is available online at a reasonable price!

Oh my gosh! Love this stuff. Glad I discovered it. First became acquainted with Seeds of Change brand at Costco with the Quinoa & Brown Rice. As often happens it disappeared from the Costco shelves. I turned to Amazon and in doing so discovered several different varieties of grains with the Seeds of Change label. This one has become my current favorite but haven't tried them all. Easy to prepare and so delicious.

This is a great product to keep on hand. Excellent side or main dish. As a side I add veggies and some balsamic vinegar - delicious. As a main dish I add, for example, shrimp, peas and for contrast craisins or walnuts.

A side dish with a green salad. Wonderful!

I have been looking for this product since tasting in the U.S. Hard to find in Canada. VERY pricey I thought. Walmart sells a lot cheaper but hard or me to get there in next town. The rice is VERY tasty and so easy to prepare however I will try to get cheaper next time.

As a side dish with a protein. Well balanced, not too salty. Nice texture
