Purchased for a Roomba Model 420. The old battery wouldn't hold a charge, so bought this based on the good customer reviews. The new Lithium battery arrived quickly, but wouldn't hold a charge either. I contacted Amazon, who referred me to the Lithium Power Corp. They were extremely responsive and helpful. It turned out that my Roomba has defective MOSFETs (a common problem apparently), so wouldn't charge the old or new battery. They referred me to Robot Mods vic7767 for repair information. I attempted to remove and repair the MOSFETs on the Roomba PC board, but decided it wasn't worth the effort. Lithium Power Corp. agreed to a return for credit even thought it was past the one month warranty. I'm giving them five stars because of their exceptional support.

Fits perfectly. When charged, it lasts a long time. Unforturnately, it doesn't hold a charge. I am leaving it plugged in and charging to see if that helps. So far I am not sold on the battery.Edited by me. I was contacted by Lithium Power and informed that my problem is user error. The battery is designed with a sleep mode that it goes into when not being charged or used for a few days. So, I should keep it on the charger all the time, or else it will look discharged, although really asleep. i am trying that process now. Hopefully, with better results.

Love it, my robot is cleaning like never before.On first use it had a run time of two hours without trying to dock. So much better than the standard battery and much lighter too.

I read a lot of comments about this battery before I purchased it. I'm finished buying the manufacturer's inferior battery. I own two Roomba's, and I've had to buy way too many batteries. I tend to get busy doing other projects and forget about the Roomba. And, what's the point of having it if you have to stay and police it the whole time? By the next day, when I generally remember I started it in another part of the house, the battery is dead as a door nail and won't ever charge again - so, yet another purchase.One more comment one time my Roomba didn't fit perfectly into its charging station. I didn't pay any attention. It hadn't been an issue before than incident. Well, dead, useless battery again. In fact, months ago I purchased one of the extended life batteries. Same old story! I finally gave up and just left the darn Roomba under the bed where it died. It stayed there for months. I just happened upon this lithium battery, but I was hesitant to buy it because of the price. Then I thought what the heck? After the initial charging my Roomba ran longer and cleaned better than ever. I didn't get the four hour running time some are claiming, but it ran for an hour and a half and did a great job! In fact, two rooms were well cleaned before the battery gave out. I'm really pleased. Glad I can use my carpet deputy again!

My older model Roomba battery quit. After looking at the newer model prices decided to replace the battery instead. Great idea to save me $$$$.

It works great but the battery life does not seem to be as great as marketed. It tends to die out after about an hour of the robot running.

I don't normally splurge praise on products but this one deserves it. My Roomba discovery was running about 20-25 minutes with the standard battery from Roomba, now it runs for a full 2 hours...it is like a new Roomba...the thing runs so long that sometimes I need to manually turn it off and put it back to charge. If you have an older Roomba this battery will bring new life to it.

Toomba has one flaw, the power supply. This battery is fantastic, charges quickly, lasts a long time.
