HG Power PVC Drainage Hose for Extractor, Air Conditioning, Tumble Dryer (Diameter 100 mm x 5 m Length, Black)

The media could not be loaded. I’ve not purchased this for its intended purpose, but to actually use with a pond vac as it worked out cheaper to buy these over pond hose. I fitted 3 of these tubes together to carry water away over a 15m area. I’ve found them completely sufficient for the job, hard wearing while being flexible at the same time. There is a nice strength to the material; I’ve already used it several times and it’s been safely stored away until next time. I’d suggest if it’s been suffice for my job it’ll be absolutely perfect to use as it’s intended to be!I also like the fact that there’s an option of black rather than the standard white.I do recommend this product.

Great value for money. Easy to install and looks good. Made of much better material than the hose the unit came with. The length and flexibility it gives for my portable air conditioning unit is perfect. Happy to recommend.

Delivery was delayed, looks like picture, thin and foil lined, with a bit of jigging got the fittings from the original pipe to fit, but when I measured one of them it was 480cm long when stretched not 5meters. I’m ok with that for my needs but my son needs 5meters to reach his bathroom window. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Good quality

This was a little bit disappointing quality compared to the previous hose I used (also from Amazon - the 'Enenes' brand). Compared to that, the material on this is a lot thinner and less durable and the hose just feels lighter and more cheaply constructed. The ends are very poorly finished (see photo) with metal wire sticking out and material not trimmed. Also - again unlike some other brands - there is no jubilee clip or even zip ties included, meaning there is no way of clamping the duct into place. All in all, not the best option available on Amazon - I'd recommend the Enenes brand personally which I found much better quality, but doubtless there are many other options also. This one is not the best.

Used to reduce an 8" flexi pipe in an extractor setup, to 4" allowing easier siting of pick up over my workbench for soldering. Works a treat.

Was a tight fit but is now doing it's job.
