I don't know what some other review are talking about ! I love this stuff . It does what it was suppose to do . The problem with other reviewer is that they think this is going to swell up like a boba Pearl. It isn't. boba is like a tapioca starch ball . These seeds are natural organic seed so it won't swell up just as much as boba.

Product taste really fresh in a very reasonable price.

- but without any lectins. It does get the job done. I made a small test batch of gel. The taste was very mild and not at all unpleasant. I ground some in my coffee grinder to use as an egg replacer in grain-free bread. Worked like a charm. No problems, and is approved by Joel Fuhrman and Dr. Gundry.

I make a seed candy using no maple syrup instead of sugar and lots of different kinds of seeds. The basil seed add just the right touch to finish off a delicious snack. Love the product.

I hydrate the seeds to put in soda water with lime. They have a pleasant softness and crunch. I thought I'd go through the bag in a week but it's been months and it's over half full still, it's a lot more than I realized.I'm not sure if they would germinate for growing basil if that's your reason for buying this, but I don't see why not.

I've had no problems with this product, worked as described. Soaked seeds for 30 mins although they looked done earlier. Seeds bloomed nicely and tasted as they should (no real taste, just rather bland and gummy until you add to your drink).

They need to state in the description that these seeds are only for eating and not sprouting or growing.
