Why did I get only one stretcher?

All FootFitter stretchers are designed to fit both the left and right shoe. This allows for one stretcher to alter both shoes. If you'd like to stretch both shoes at the same time, we advise purchasing 2 total stretchers.

What size stretcher should I choose?

The size of your stretcher should match the pre-stretched size of your shoe. This ensures that the stretcher will fit inside the shoe properly and stretch correctly. If you're between sizes, always match the stretcher to the smaller size.

Can this be used in my boot, high-top sneaker or high heel?

No, this stretcher should only be used on flat sole, low collar shoes due to the design of the stretcher. We are proud to carry a collection of over 15 shoe stretcher styles for all types and styles of shoes. Visit our Brand Store to see more.

Can this stretcher be used with a Shoe Stretch Spray?

Yes! All FootFitter stretchers can be used with Shoe Stretch Spray to better relax fibers and speed up stretching time. Note that FootFitter Shoe Stretch Spray is formulated with glycerin to help condition as a shoe is stretched for additional safety

Can I stretch my shoes up an entire size?

No. Shoe Stretchers can safely stretch shoes up to a half size larger. Any stretch beyond this limit puts the overall structural integrity of your shoe at risk, including the sole of your shoe. Our stretchers fit standard to EE width shoes.
