Easy Replacement - Quality Product
Youtube video tells exactly how to replace these (some steps are not obvious) nozzles. Initially it seems that they spray low on the windshield, but the stream is perfectly aimed at driving speed.

Windshield squirters
Works perfectly on my 2011 lincoln mkx. My old ones were brittle from engine heat and age.

Fits later models also. Installed in my 2013 Edge.
Easy to install. Fits perfectly in my 2013 Edge. Update August '21, one sprayer stopped working, it was broken completely through where the inlet tip meets the base of the spray head. I cleaned and glued it together with rtv silicone adhesive. Also coated same area on the other sprayer with adhesive. It's November now and both still work. Wouldn't buy again though; shouldn't break in six months.

Super simple to replace
OEM nozzle cracked beneath hood to fluid hose, causing wiper fluid leak. Took a total of 5 minutes to replace with this.

Inexpensive but not quality.
Nozzle fitment through the hood was good. Unfortunately that is where the goodness ends. The nozzle inlet does not fit the stock Ford quick connect fitting. You have to remove the quick connect and utilize the fluid hose directly. If you need to replace the passenger nozzle you will need a separate T fitting and section of hose, as you have to remove the stock Ford quick connect T fitting. Additionally the spray stream of one nozzle shoots into the hood and bottom of windshield, so the quality control seems to be an issue.

One of the nozzles works as expected and fit my vehicle model. Unfortunately one of the nozzles is not functioning. Hose is clear and nothing obstructing the fluid flow. Lick of the draw I guess.

It was installed very easily. Everything fit and works.

Weak stream.
Perfect fit but it's kinda like grandpa trying to pee. Weak dribble that runs everywhere but where it's supposed to. One nozzle sprays way to low and the other just dribbles on the hood an back of the wiper blade. Not adjustable either like they used to be.

Easy to replace, but didn’t work on my vehicle
Super easy to replace. However the one I installed on my passenger side window doesn’t sit properly and just sprays the hood and not the windshield. Will have to return, pretty important that the washer fluid actually hit the windshield 🤷♀️ Yes, my vehicle is listed to have these fit.
