Two pin plug have to buy adapter
Great product & looks great. Only drawback it’s got a Euro two pin plug & instructions in German but easy to set up.

Rubbish water feature
It arrived broken with a foreign plug on it , I want a refund as I’ve waited a few weeks for this ,very dissatisfied ? I also need a courier to collect from home as it’s a very big box Please

Extremely Eye Catching
This is a definite eye catcher, something a little different. It was packed very well and shipping arrived early. The only negative think it does not come with a UK plug as its German made, we got an adapter which has solved the problem.This is a 2nd post, I think you can see the light a little better

Broken on delivery

Water Fountain Delivery issue
The product was delivered damaged and I was not allowed to sign for damage due to Cov-19 restrictions. I am now out of pocket as I have to send it back by courier most at my cost. This was supposed to be a wedding anniversary present so disappointed due to the sever damage

Trop fragile
Il y a une faiblesse au niveau de la plateforme qui soutient la fontaine, elle est d'ailleurs arrivée cassée malgré les précaution d'emballage : j'ai essayé de la réparer en collant des renforts métalliques dessous, mais ça n'a pas tenu... Cela dit, Dehner m'a remboursé rubis sur l'ongle, rien à dire, mais à éviter : ils ont d'autres modèles moins soumis à caution.

Bin an sich sehr zufrieden mit dem Brunnen. Schnelle Lieferung,komplett und super verpackt. Leider stimmt die Beleuchtung nicht mit der aus dem Verkaufsbild überein was ich persönlich sehr Schade finde aber ansonsten ein sehr tolles Produkt.
