Great durable labels
These labels really do the job. They stick well, and the feature I like is being able to write on them and then erase the writing. You can re-use them. Makes them last longer.

Wonderful product, used for labeling bottles of breast milk for daycare every day
Perfect for my unique situation. I send bottles of breastmilk with my daughter to daycare and I have to have them labeled with her name and the date of the milk. So I am have to erase and relabel them each day. I knew I could do this with a strip of masking tape or something, but that seemed wasteful. After searching high and low I found these, which are PERFECT. They withstand being washed too. The eraser gets a little grimy after a few weeks, as it doesn't actually wear down like when you use an eraser on paper. You're really just rubbing the markings off. Once the labels get a little old, it starts to get harder to erase (but still totally doable). So after a couple months I peel them off and put on a fresh label. (Remember, I'm washing, erasing, and relabeling EVERY DAY. Heavy usage). I only plan on breastfeeding for the first year, and this one pack will last me that whole time. I've already used them for 5 months and have 3 more to go and I have plenty of labels left over still. Like I said, I peel off and use new labels every couple of months, maybe sooner. Lastly, I wanted to comment that I've had ZERO problems with the marker that comes with it. I use it EVERY DAY and have for FIVE MONTHS and it is still going strong. It shows no signs of drying out. Even if it did, you can just get a Sharpie fine point pen and that does the same thing.

So cool. Pen doesn’t work but can use any permanent marker and erase.
I’ve started juicing and wanted a way to store my juices and also note the ingredients used. The pen it came with didn’t work but glad you can use any permanent marker. It really works. Looks like I’ve never written on the labels.

How to work the eraser.
pen-won't last long, use a sharpie when it stops working. Here's the deal with the eraser - it actually works very well but with some caveats. First, people mentioning the wiggling issue are either extruding too much of the retractable eraser or are failing to push on the little tab on the eraser that says "push" - this locks it firm while friction is applied to the tip. The eraser works well because it is a minimal shred eraser that sucks the ink into itself rather than leaving behind little fragments that contain the ink. This causes ink buildup in the eraser tip which leads to drying/stiffing of the tip to the point where it relatively quickly becomes to firm to effectively remove ink. The reason you are provided a ~6" piece of retractable eraser is you need to trim off the very tip when this drying occurs -viola it will work like new again! Unfortunately you will likely consume eraser fairly quickly this way and they really should provide two of them or perhaps a larger diameter eraser. They do sell refills - but they are overpriced at $8.50 for two little vinyl erasers (amazon / jokari erasers). At $3.50 for 3 magic rub erasers (also vinyl), I will probably try those when the supplied eraser is used up.

Stop wasting food...this is a "shut up and take my money" product!
I found out about these labels watching organizing videos on YouTube. For years my husband has complained that we had a bunch of plastic containers in the fridge that made it impossible to see what was in them, and we never remembered when we made a dish. So I thought I'd give Label Once a try. I combined them with Glasslock oven safe containers, and have not had to throw out leftovers in the 2 weeks I've been using them. The Glasslock lets me see what's in the container, and keeps food fresh with the air tight lids, and the labels, which I put on the lids as they are not oven safe, let me know the date food was prepared. The best part is that the labels stay on even when they are washed, and the included eraser really does erase permanent marker. My set was missing the marker that was supposed to be included, but I saw online that a Sharpie works better, and I have a million of them. I've been using a red Sharpie as it is very visible, and so far it has erased cleanly every time, though it doesn't seem like it will at first, and does take a minute or two of erasing to work. I have even used these to label my flour and sugar containers, and some other, non-food items. Three label sizes are included, which is handy. All said, I am so glad I found these labels, they have really helped lower my grocery bill and keep my fridge cleaned out with no wasted food.

rewrite-able, yes! re-usable, no.
I bought these for daycare bottle labeling purposes. I thought being able to rewrite the date would be helpful to just keep using the same labels and just erase and reuse... And then for leftovers I can just put a label on a lid once and keep rewriting it as needed after washing... Well, the labels do erase easily when you want them to erase, and that's nice. But the adhesive doesn't hold up for these to truly be reusable. I hand wash plastic Pyrex lids and when I'd wash the lid, the label would slide right off and then it's pretty much useless. Same with daycare bottles, which I put in the dishwasher -- the label holds up in the dishwasher only 1-2 times and then it falls off. So, the concept is great but execution didn't work for us. In theory I think if I can stick a "frame" around these labels using some real kind of tape, I could keep the label on the container so it's rewriteable but have the "frame" actually hold it on, but that sounds like a whole project and for something that cost $8 I don't know if it's really worth my time. Maybe these would be best for something not washed often like travel toiletry bottles if you're an infrequent flyer? Or maybe you like to date your dry bulk canisters each time you fill them? I dunno. I wouldn't recommend personally.

They stick really well, but are also easy to peel off (they don't' shred to bits and leave sticky patches). In fact I wash containers in the dishwasher, the label stays put but the writing washes off (or mostly washes off) and then I keep using the label. Definitely use the pen that comes with the pack. Highly recommend.

This label set has been so great for me as I use it all the time for my meal prepping. I was a little sceptical if the ink from the pen would smudge in the freezer but it was stable and readable. Also, the rubber they give with it is amazing and rubs off the pen so you can re-use it. The labels themselves remain sticky even though I have used them several times. This is a great set and will make your life so much easier when labelling your meals.

J'adore, étiquettes effaçables, passe au lave vaisselle. Si le feutre ne marche plus un marqueur permanent fait l'affaire en remplacement (effaçable aussi).
