Yes I did loose weight with this tea I recommend it highly - Everything takes time give yourself a chance this tea is for lowering the sugar level so when you have to monitor it you're checking the levels making sure it is at a good low level. I could not wear my clothes because of my little belly pooch always had to have my shirts outside my pants - no more belly pooch gone. I CAN NOW TUCK MY SHIRT IN MY PANTS, sorry it seems I'm shouting but keeping yourself healthy with diet lots of green leafy food is good, it's the main thing to do. I'm am now ordering three more boxes, everyone keeps asking where I got the tea from and I tell them - PLEASE NOTE: if you are on a lot of meds PLEASE speak to your doctor, teas do work but the process of the other medications can effect what you're trying to achieve.

Good taste and stablized my blood sugar. Used to have lots of ups and downs. Now I enjoy this dring with meals and in the evenings.

Caused me to have really bad diarrhea so I have stopped using it. Might be okay for some people. Had a soothing flavor.

After I drank this box, went to an Asian grocery store and was able to get 4 boxes for the price of this one. Way too expensive, glad I shopped around before reordering from Amazon.
