The Dartmouth comes hand painted in pink Substantial 3 storey dolls house with 6 rooms and the roof is hinged to lift up for a large attic room. It comes with 3 very large rooms also 3 large landing areas. This is a stunning pink Georgian dolls house. Requires a small amount of assembly and comes in a display box so it makes an ideal gift. It weighs approx 15kg and made with 3mm Plywood, so please do not mistake this item with cheaper versions available that look that same. Made by skilled craftsman, the detail is fantastic. Access to the rooms is easy as the front and roof opens up. The house is 1:12th scale. Take a look at the photos and remember a little assembly is needed. though it was something that my daughter had always dreamed of, unfortunately on arrival nearly all the windows were cracked or chipped so it is going to cost alot extra to have them all repaired. apart from that the house is beautiful with good room size.

Not as child friendly as it looks.....
If there were less stars then this would be applicable for this product. At this price there are significantly better models on the market that are more durable, softer edges and more features such as shutters for the windows and doors that open and shut without falling off!One of the worst buys we have ever made....
