This is a beautiful book with signature dishes from the legendary Jim Thompson restaurant in Bangkok before 2005.

Actually missed going to the Jim Thompson restuarant while in Thailand, But for anyone who has been to Thailand the word Jim Thompson spells out Luxury Silks and indeed, it is a place for one of the most beautiful silk products. Jim Thompson has a house which was unique and a collection of Thai art that was incredible so his standards are high, which is what makes the book as good as any good book should be. The recepies are good, what they show of Jim's house is just breathtakingly exotic. The book offers a glimpse of the one place that can still be called Exotic in the Asian culture.
