Why have these doubled in price

It’s back down to $10.99 (writing this on September 21st 2022). I buy a few varieties of these big bags of kisses somewhat often (NEVER when they’re more than $11 or so, though), sometimes they’re as low as $8, and sometimes they’re stupid expensive bc of the greedy 3rd party sellers that price gouge anything/everything. If I were you, I’d just check every few days or so, bc like with most other products on Amazon, the price fluctuates often. It’s always absurd to me when the price for something not only double on here, but some products prices quadruple — or more than quadruple! I can’t see anyone buying these things when the prices increase THAT much! Of course, now inflation is going to be used as an excuse for everything from these GREEDY, SHADY SELLERS whenever they increase their prices (as there’s *always* an excuse of some kind 🙄)… I especially love when those same shady sellers actually have the nerve to respond to customer questions by saying ridiculous things like “The price is so high bc you must take into consideration that we have to pay for tape, labels, ink, etc to get your products to you”.🤦🏻♀️ TAPE & INK.😭 (When I see a seller write something like that, I then put them on my “NEVER BUY FROM” list, just as everyone else should! 💁🏻♀️).

According to the images of the product, there should be 414 pieces in the 4lb bag.

What's the expiry date from the date of manufacture?

Why doesn't amazon filter out and delete all expiration date questions? Idiotic.

The package I received (which I ordered on: 08/31/2015 ) had a best buy date of 01/2016. The candies arrived in perfect condition (packaged with insulation and ice packs!) and were fresh and tasted great!

Highly recommended - love-love-love Hershey, both quality and value pricing.

Hersheys excellent quality and value pricing. The Kisses are my favorite, as they are the only Hersheys product made without the additive PGPR (a safe emulsion additive used in most chocolate production), that allows the product to be manufactured with less cocoa butter. Less cocoa butter = less chocolate taste, therefore my preference for the Kisses.

Awesome Chocolate & Good Deal...Beware of Summer Deliveries

Hubby is a chocoholic and believes it should be one of the food groups so finding a good deal of Kisses was perfect. These are repeat purchases in our house and hubby waits to take advantage of discounts and savings before buying and he buys in bulk (4 or 5 bags at a time)!These arrived on one of the hottest days we've had so far in California this year without any cold packs, so I am so thankful we were home, even though the delivery was delayed for hours.Kisses are creamy, rich and taste great. Same quality, size and flavor you get from the brand in the store but delivered straight to our door. Amazon just needs to perfect their shipping to make sure they include cold packs when chocolate is being delivered so they avoid any returns for melted or separated chocolate!

Arrived in insulated box with ice pack, no melted chocolate.

This arrived in excellent condition. We had forest fires in this area (south costal NC) it's been hot.So why did chocolate arrive in perfect condition?Because the owner considered the heat down here and sent it a well insulated box with a freezer bag. The kind that are thick and stay frozen.No warm nor melty chocolate. They taste great, and are easy to unwrap and because they are still cold, I can hold them several minutes and they're not melting onto my fingers.Great job!

Kudos for packaging

These came early and were packed with a refrigerator pouch with biodegradable cushions. The candy was is good condition but the chocolate flavor is not as intense as the more expensive Kisses bags in the grocery store.
