Better for your teeth, balls are rather large though so don’t recommend if you are looking to downsize the balls. However I have replaced the balls on mine and I use the clear bar from this set with no problems.

Came undone
I deffo do NOT recommend these, after spending almost 5 hours in A & E and suffering with a very sore throat all because a ball had worked free and I swallowed the whole bar and it got stuck in my throat, do not waste ya time, money or the risk to your health
