Either, both, or neither, (after reset 14) . Then for the umpteenth time you try the USER code and unlock and.... BEEPBEEPBEEP red flash red flash red flash. You then, (plodding along), read the manual with the too small text and see that three red flashes and beeps means you haven't "handed" the lock correctly. Next reset.. blue air. Where I went wrong and the instruction manual fails is that after the handed test the lock is left UNLOCKED. So when you finally get done with the programming and user codes and actually enter the user code and hit the lock/unlock button the lock knows it's already unlocked and tells you you're entering an illogical command beep-red beep-red beep-red.
