Yoga Direct Extra Wide Yoga Mat, Black (A241MATBLA36)

I needed an inexpensive mat to cover and protect my dining room table (which also doubles as my board gaming table); this was recommended by a FB group member. While I had to air it out for a couple days to get the oily smell out of it, this mat is perfect! It is the exact width of my table, and while it was longer than my table, that was nothing a pair of scissors couldn't take care of. It protects against dice rolling (the dice will roll fine, but the table is safe from dents and mars), and keeps the boards, minifigures, and other accessories in place--while not being SO tactile/sticky that you can move cards, items, etc. with ease. Would recommend to any gamer looking for an inexpensive table mat.

This extra large mat is perfect for my 5'9" frame. I can do all of the yoga poses and not touch the nasty gym floor. Each time I look around and see the others in our yoga class trying to fit on the regular size mats and not smash their hands or face into the floor, I giggle inside. The struggle is real if you are a germaphobe! The mat didn't smell, wasn't damp when opened or have any issues with coming apart. It's thickness is just right for balancing and it rolls up well.

GO FOR IT, DONT PASS ON THIS MAT, ITS GREAT, PERFECT WIDTH FOR A BIGGER GUY OR GAL TO HAVE ROOM TO MOVE AROUND ON, SIT UPS OR PUSH UPS. THE LENGTH IS PERFECT TOO. ITS LONG ENOUGH THAT SHORT PEOPLE FIT ON IT AND TALL PEOPLE HAVE ENOUGH TO BE COMFORTABLE, I FIT ON IT, IM 5'8" BUT THE THICKNESS IS JUST RIGHT!! ITS LIKE TEMPURPEDIC FOR EXERCISING.

I bought this mat for use with the p90x fitness program. I am a large male, so knew that I would want an extra-wide mat. This mat has plenty of space even for the biggest of people. Some others have noted that the mat gives off an odor. I have not had any issues with this at all.If I were to make one complaint about the product is I find the thickness to be borderline comfortable. Some abdominal exercises cause me to focus quite a bit of my weight on one small area of the mat, and I can feel the hard floor underneath me during these moves.Overall I am very satisfied with the product, though. The price really can't be beat.

Well I am the tallest person in my exercise class at 6'4" and needed a mat wider and longer. Well it feels great and rolls up easily. I did buy a strap for it at the same time so carrying it to and from class is a breeze. It's also wider than everyone else's. I recommend buying this for anyone needing a superior mat for yoga or exercise.

I got this mat to use under my bike trainer and my weight bench. It's long and wide enough to fit my bike and trainer without anything touching or scratching my wood floors. I like that it is thin and light weight and easy to roll up and store. It's not the most durable mat for what I purchased it for, but the price was great and it does the job. If I have to replace it, it's still 1/3 the price of a bike trainer mat and a fraction of the price of gym flooring. I use it 1-3 times per week.

I love this mat. The standard yoga mat is 68" X 24". This mat is 72" X 36". Being that I'm 6' 3", I needed a longer mat. Having one that is wider is really great because my arms and hands are always on the mat and not on the floor.There's plenty of cushion with the 6 mil thickness. The only thing that would have made this mat perfect is if it had been 75 or 76 inches long.

I was sliding on the mat. Loved the width but I sent it back before I landed on my face.
