I am really enjoying these. They are simple and convenient, but not like an inversion table. The inversion tables are gentle, these do not ease you into it like a table, once you are upside down it’s a full stretch. I hang from a pull-up bar in a doorway, and it requires being physically fit to do this on your own. You can also get a killer, focused ab workout if you want. Really well built.

I have been looking for a pair of anti gravity boots for some time now to elevate my abdominal workouts. I tried on a few that cost over $80 and these are very similar in fit and quality for half the price. More recently I was on a boat and hurt my lower back which accelerated my need for these boots. They just arrived today and after (2) 3 minute sessions of hanging upside down, my back feels much better than even taking muscle relaxers. After a few days of this I will try doing some workouts but so far, so good. I am 5’-7” and they fit perfectly. I can see people with skinny calf’s and ankles would need an extra pair of thick socks. These boots leave no pain and are very comfortable especially for the money. I just built a 1” O.D. Pull up bar in my back yard and the clips fit nicely but I wouldn’t recommend using these boots on a much thicker bar.

Works as expected. Clamps seems solid. It did hurt my ankle a bit, but it does the job. For the price i like it

First time use review.Seem legit for the price. Sturdy, comfortable foam, good build. I like the safety locks on the latch.Time will tell but good first use.

The boots feel sturdy. They fit my legs fine. I find that the longer you hang upside down the harder it is to do the sit-up to dismount. I recommend using the included strap or find some rope to climb in case you get stuck. My video shows day 2 using these to decompress spine. Hopefully in a few weeks these boots might improve my back pain situation.

Just tried these for the first time. I’ve never done anything like this but at this point I’m willing to try anything for back pain… I don’t have the inversion bar. I’m using my disabled son‘s overhead. Patient lift motor which has a hand controller, because my body strength is not strong enough to get myself off of a bar with these on that, way I’m able to lower and lift myself and build up my tolerance to do this. I’m a very nervous person and have very bad anxiety, but it felt weird The first time. I will definitely have to build up my tolerance with the weight hanging from my ankles.

Not worth it! Very loose fit. Tried to hang and dug into my ankles. Worthless
