I had two jobs in mind when I bought these bits: fitting a shower screen and a fitting a washing line hook. The tile drilling was perfect and genuinely could not have been easier - like a hot knife through butter. The concrete post into which I inserted the washing line hook was not so easy however. By the time I finished the drill bit was effectively ruined - it did the job but cannot be used again. Perhaps I didn't keep the bit sufficiently cool but I did expect it to be a little more hard wearing. All-in-all pretty good but perhaps not to be used for really heavy jobs.

My walls must be made from adamantium. Either way, they kind of worked. Attempted to use the smaller one to drill a pilot hole to work my way to 10mm. It worked for one if the two holes I was drilling but not the second. Just couldn't get through. Could be my drill/driver is crap or the drill bits arent "good" enough. Either way they were fast to ship and cheap.Going back to the drawing board. 3 stars because one of the bits clearly didnt cut it.

I bought this to drill some holes into new tiles that I definitely didn't want to break. The pack is great value with all sizes you might need, they look like SDS fit on the photos but in fact just squared which will go in any universal fit. I placed masking tape where I wanted to drill and proceeded at slow/medium speed with hammer switched off and it when through the tile easily with a clean finish, see photo.

Reasonably good buy, adequate for common brick and breeze block.Drilling concrete they don't last long.I would NOT buy again.Buying cheap is not always wise.

Okay makes simple work on drilling

Needed a drill bit that I could be sure of after tiling bathroom with porcelain tiles and fitting shower.Better than expected.Drilled some holes in leftover bits of tile and with very little pressure it went through like a dream.Highly recommended.

Does an excellent job of drilling into tiles. Used it for porcelin tiles myself.Remember to put masking tap over the area you drill to protect the tile as well.
