Lack of customer support.
The device was built correctly and I had to check and diagnose the problem. Would have liked a unit that would have worked. Also given a automated response from a person that had seen my comment and responded with a recommendation that would have been appreciated if given more history of problem. Was it wired incorrectly?

Limited access by scanner
Unfortunately with only 5 connections between the ports the cabe was limited on the scanner to 2 out of 19 checks.

No communication between tablet and port.Bought a different adapter perfect.

Not compatible Iveco Daily
This doesnt work for Iveco Daily vans. We tried cutting the outside of the plug but still couldn't get it to work so we've wasted money on this as we can't return it because of that now. Another review said it worked so we went off that: cheers mate! 😡
