7 Day Cleanse and Detox System - Get Bikini Ready

I have never done a cleanse in my whole life. I've never very consistent with food my whole life. So leading up to doing the Bikini Cleanse was scary because I just didn't know what would happen and if I could even pull it off. Part of the challenge is creating a new routine, which was extremely difficult for me. However I made the commitment and off I went. I did my grocery pre-shop, I planned out my meals, set up my kitchen for lots of cooking, I scheduled out my workouts, I followed the instructions each day, and drank SOOOO much water. If you asked me how the Cleanse was going half way through, I would have said, that I had no idea and I was feeling extremely discouraged. I didn't feel like I was loosing weight, I didn't think anything was happening and I wasn't sure how I was feeling. But Day 4? That's when I noticed a change. That the routine became easier, my energy level was extraordinary and all of a sudden feeling inspired again. But then I started to notice other changes. I noticed that my belly was a bit flatter, I noticed that my body felt brighter and more clear, I found that "whipping up" something healthy out of my fridge became easier, I found that getting creative with my healthy foods became more fun and and I found that I actually was enjoying the process. Cut to Day 7 and I lost 5 pounds, Something that I have not be able to do since I was in my 20s. But When the cleanse was over, something pretty incredible happened, even more so that just loosing 5 pounds. I literally felt like a changed person. I was approaching my life, my health, my body and my diet completely different. I felt incredible, proud and confident, while also craving to maintain my healthy routine. I actually craved to continue my diet! So I continued on. No bread, no dairy, no caffeine... and just moderate alcohol socially. And it's changed my perspective all together about myself. I now know that I can create a routine and that I enjoy it. I know that I have absolutely no need for coffee in my life and that I can live with energy and maintain my energy well into the evening so I can get more out of my life. But when my head it's the pillow, I am sleeping like a baby. I know that I my body is powerfully capable, even if head says I can't. It's truly incredible the transformation of mind, body and soul that happened. I am so so grateful for trying it and highly recommend it for somebody who not only want's to loose a few pounds, but to also kick start a whole new way of life, diet and self-care. Doing this successfully is about mindset, consistency, and knowing your purpose. I didn't do this to have a "bikini body" I did this to jump start a new me. And it worked.

Ok, I have lived a keto lifestyle for 3+ years and this summer my work and grad school packed on a couple extra pounds with lots of grab-and-go eating. I have been stuck at the 150-152 mark for a while. I followed this pamphlet to the best of my abilities and I got down to 146. I would have probably seem better results but I added in dairy and my meals.The shakes were just ok, the packets are raspberry ketones, and the tea wasn’t anything special. The little pamphlet just tells you to replace breakfast or lunch with the shake, have a light lunch (salad or deli meat), and then focus on a light dinner of meat and veggies.So while I am very excited about my results, I will replicate this myself by doing my own protein powder, purchasing some ketones, and drinking green tea at night. In fact, when I plugged in the bikini cleanse protein powder into MyFitnessPal, one packet has about 28gms of carbohydrates which is much higher than my normal powder.I think its a great concept and structure and I do think for a good 10-15lb weight loss that this could be followed for a month or two combined in with ketogenic eating for optimal results. But for $189 I will not be purchasing this again.

This product is expired - horrible that they would send something expired for almost a year

I read reviews and had great ones but I tried one of the flavor water sticks and the taste wasn’t the best, that being said I knew I wouldn’t be able to finish the 7 day regime, not for me..

The shakes are so gross why wouldn’t they make them vanilla or chocolate ... I couldn’t finish it with out gagging. The skinny sticks taste like ground up vitamins not as bad as the shake but still pretty bad.

Finally a way to lose weight that does not completely take over your life! I have a winter getaway coming up and the holidays did not help my body look good in a bikini. On the advice of a friend i tried the Bikini Cleanse program - and I could not be happier with the results. I lost 8 pounds on the Bikini Cleanse 7 day program and have continued to lose weight just by following the guidance in the Passport section.Wha t truly surprised me about Bikini Cleanse was how simple it was to follow the program without making major changes in my life. I'm not saying this was easy. It took willpower to avoid all the free snacks at work but Bikini Cleanse had me prepared for any issue that got in the way of achieving my weight loss goals. I had shopping lists and recipes lined up in advance for the two meals a day I would be making on my own, and had healthy snacks and meals for my family so I would not be tempted.My routine was the same for all 7 days. I mixed the smoothie with water and drank it in the car for breakfast on my way to work.The sticks tasted a bit sweet to me at first so I added more water. At 8 pm I took the night time tea. The meals I at for lunch and dinner were amazing - and now my whole family loves cauliflower pizza! I love Bikini Cleanse!
