Not stacking up well against traditional price of tiling myself.
The good points are that you don't have to go to 3 different stores for the parts, as they are in one easy kit and all the items are manufacturer's specifications. You can get comparable ceramic shower tiles for about $1 to $2 sq.ft. and although the installation is a bit more labor intensive, this takes labor also. All you need is a bag of thin set, a gallon of acrylic and tile grout and you are on your way. The dealbreaker was that for a 42 sq.ft. do it yourself PVC shower wall the $ 400 price tag was a bit steep and then add on the $ 157 delivery charge to my location made it come in at about $ 557 for 42 sq.ft. of wall space.
