Very pleasantly surprised! This kit is great!
After my large dogs bent my window screen frames beyond repair, I went on the hunt for replacements. Since my windows were a special order color, I couldn't find what I needed. Spotted this kit and took a chance. Figured I wouldn't be out too much money if it wasn't going to work. Wow. This is an exact color match, and there was enough to make the three screens I needed, with enough left over for a couple more. BF watched a couple of youtube videos and we bought the little roller thing to insert the screen and a couple other inexpensive items to make building easier (based on the videos). I probably would have had to spend upwards of 3-400 on new screens had I not taken a chance on this kit.

Great kit except horrible spine material
Overall the kit is excellent and has everything you need to make quality screens. Spine material is horrible and does not stay in. Plan on going to your local hardware store and order quality spine material or order some here on Amazon.

Good product
Easy to cut and assemble. The provided securing rubber is really poor quality. I recommend you don't use it.

Got the tan and they were pretty easy to put together. Had plenty of screen and rubber left.

Great value if you are up to the task and have some time.
This window screen kit is a great value vs. having screens made. My new house did not have screens - crazy. I guess the previous owners never opened windows for 7 years. I had screens quoted at over $100 per window. Yikes. Two kits later I had made new screens for all the windows. One tip is use a chop saw to cut the frames. Using a mitre box and cutting by hand would have taken for ever and been arduous. The savings on the screen pay for a light duty chop saw.
