Used it for my washing machine in our old house. Vent pipe going to the roof was rusted out so I used this. Works great

For a long time I could not figure out what where a smell was coming from in our bathroom, talk to a plumber and it led me to look at some video's which let me to replace the AAV VAULE under the sink..smell gone immediately 👍🏼

I paid a plumber $187.00 to install my first Air Admittance Valve (AAV). For our second AAV I decided to purchase my own from Amazon. I purchased this AAV for $23.00 + rubber adaptor for $10.00 and a buddy and I installed it within 30 minutes. We used a Sawzall and duck tape. Duck tape to reduce the circumference of the adaptor. This item is high quality and I would highly recommend it.

I am using this with a liberty 380 pump system as a secondary means of pulling air into the tank if / when required when the pump kicks in.I have been using this for a week now and have no issues.

Great 160 DFU. A little more money but worth it. Really large lots of airflow. Totally plug and play compatible with my system. I just unscrewed by old smaller vent and then taped and installed. Done. Shower, Flush, Laundry, Kitchen Sink.... yawn. No problemos.

We have an old victorian. The main floor bathroom has NO venting of any kind. The old toilet was just terrible - it could barely flush water, much less anything else.We replaced the old toilet with a Toto Drake and problem 1 was solved - fast, powerful flushes. But ... these toilets are so powerful that they were pulling air through the shower and sink traps. I bought and installed this 160 valve under the sink to solve the toilet venting problem. Technically, their smaller 20 size would "probably" have done the trick but it was only a few dollars more to get the larger model.It works perfectly. No complaints at all.

When my bathroom was remodeled, the vent ended up too far from the toilet and was shared with the bathtub.Unfortunately, that meant the toilet was starved for air and would often suck the water from the tub's trap, resulting in toxic sewer gas in the house.Was a little unsure of what to do, but over-planned the project and put one of these in the wall above the toilet to supplement the main vent and re-did the trap under the toilet.Worked a champ. Now my toilet does a hearty WHOOSH, leaving the bowl clean and the water in the tub's trap in place.
