Hi, Fly Guy! (Fly Guy #1) Kindle Edition

I bought this “Fly guy” book for my 7 year old who has developed a fear of bugs- even flies! We read this book together and got a kick out of this story about a fly so friendly he even does tricks for his favorite little boy! Amazingly, my son is already showing less fear of bugs.This is a really cute story, and bonus, he can even read it to himself!

My oldest son loved these books and I introduced them to my 6 year old who loves them as well. It’s cute and funny and not too easy and not too hard.

My 3 year old grandson loves Fly Guy! The rhyming helps in understanding & the outrageousness of the stories makes him laugh (me, too!)

Easy to read. Kids read it to the end without getting bored

I read this book as part of a graduate, yes graduate, class on Insects in Pop Culture. We had to write up a 1 page summary about it. For a child, obviously, the book is a fun diversion and has a good lesson about accepting others as they are and to avoid preconceptions. However, a child could easily get the impression that yes indeedy a house fly makes a good pet and they are not carriers of disease or pests. Adults are simply wrong. I can think of a number of other less than pretty insects that could have been used to get across the moral of the story. But since the kid's name was Buzz and the fly could say his name....

3 yr old boys can’t get enough of fly guy books.

My daughter loves these books but we were very disappointed to receive her book like this. We aren’t able to read the story because some words are cut off. Will be returning.UPDATE: New book was sent free of charge and we didn’t even need to hassle with returning the other. I gave them 4 stars for the lack of quality control but overall pleased.

I got as part of a birthday gift for my grandson. He loved it.

I read this book with one of my students. He is 7 years old and enjoyed the book very much. It was funny and not too long. He said he liked the ending best. Looking forward to reading more books about Fly Guy!

Bought for my 7 yr old daughter, but the above 'title' was her verdict, and the book hasn't been revisited since. My husband quite likes it though!

My youngest daughter (6) loves these books! So do I!! They are a joy to read with the kids. Also good to develop those reading skills that are so important at a young age.

The little ones loved it.
