NewYall Mass Air Flow MAF Sensor

Works great so far. Installed a few weeks ago with no trouble at all and seems to be working fine so far. Will try to remember to do an update in 6 months to a year.

Broke after a couple days and left us stranded on the side of the road. I figured it was too good to be true so I can’t say I was surprised.

Works just fine in my 2005 Kia Spectra5. My check engine light is no longer on.

I got this item with in a week of ordering, it looked brand spanking new so I took it to a friend to install with no issues. I only give two stars because I had to take my car to the shop for a different problem two weeks later and they tell me that this part I had just purchased had a crack in it causing air to get in where it shouldn't be. Price was great but, I guess you truly do get what you pay for.😧

Bought this device 10/2019 to fix our Hyundai Elantra GT and it failed 5/2020. I would expect the product to last more than 7 months, you get what you pay for!!

My 2006 Sonata 2.4l developed hesitation and misfire at heave acceleration. Did not see any code related to MAF sensor, but I started replacing parts that could have caused the issue. The MAF sensor was it and my 250,000 miles old car is running as if it only has gone 80,000 mile.Right after replacing the sensor and reconnecting the battery, the car acted funny and stalled few times. The problem was gone after I drove around when the street was quiet for about 20 minutes, covering areas with 25 mph and 55 mpg speed limits. Updated: The problems came back after two years, the trouble code suggested MAF sensor issues. Used a can of MAF sensor cleaner but did not help. Replaced with a new one and the problems are gone. Considering the OEM sensor that came with the car lasted 13 years, going bad after 2 years does not seem right. Dropping rating from 5 to 2 stars.
