It's main point is to MEET THE EMPLOYER'S NEEDS. Don't try to sell your client on the basis of his/her needs, which is to sell charity. Rather, find out the employer's needs for skills and provide a candidate meeting those needs. That's a classic maxim from the sales profession and it is well presented here.
