Finally found something that works after 10+ years of struggling with acne!
I’ve dealt with persistent pimples on my cheekbones for over 10 years—they never completely went away no matter what I tried. I was honestly nervous to try AcneFreeTerminator because I had a terrible reaction to Proactiv in the past, which contains benzoyl peroxide. I started very cautiously, using only a tiny amount (literally the size of a chia seed) on a cotton swab for spot treatment. I did experience some mild irritation and redness around the application area, which I expected given my sensitivity and previous reaction. However, I’m already seeing results after just TWO DAYS! I received this product two days ago and have been using it twice daily—once after my morning shower and once at night. Despite the minor irritation, I’m thrilled with how quickly it’s working. If you have sensitive skin like me, I’d recommend starting with a very small amount to test your tolerance. But even with the slight redness, the results are worth it for me. I’m hopeful this will finally be the solution I’ve been searching for all these years!

BEST WAY TO USE BENZOYL PEROXIDE!
Excellent product! Cannot beat the value. Check which acne you are treating to see if this is the best product for you. This should be used with the mindset that “Less is More” as a clear spot treatment. One tool to use in the fight against acne. Benzoyl Peroxide will dry most people out so use respectfully. Go with this or the cleanser they offer where it’s on the skin for 60 seconds at most. Get a moisturizer to support your skin while using this.

Excellent Results!
Does an excellent job in removing acne. I recommend using it as a a spot treatment because it can irritate skin and leave it dry. Has given me incredible results so far!

Works good, very drying so be cautious
Works, but be careful not to use too much. Keep it very localized to just the spot because it can be very drying and cause the skin to be the flake. It happened on a couple areas where I covered a couple different spots in one swipe and it didn’t go well. One spot was really bad and I tried to exfoliate the dry flakes off and I just gave myself a crazy rash. But!! You don’t have to do what I did. Just make sure not to use too much spread out or cover skin with no active bumps. On just the spot you can use a decent amount to cover it

Works great, use it correctly
I get some body acne issues my dermatologist has been treating with 10% benzoyl peroxide shower wash and clindamycin gel, to no avail. I got this weird explosion of little pimples on my chest a couple of weeks ago. Doc said it was also acne (it's usually just on my back) and to just use the stuff I already was using on my chest. It wasn't working. I tried some ZapZyt benzoyl peroxide cream I had around. No effect. Oh a whim, bought this stuff, hoping to at least dry the acne out so it wouldn't be so itchy (so hard not to touch it!) and it worked really well. It took a few days of diligently applying it, but it dried the acne right up. I don't know why my other B.P. stuff didn't work and this did, but I'll take it. People complaining: -One of you clearly had an allergic reaction. It's not the brand's fault if you're allergic to it. Maybe don't put it all over your entire back if you don't know how you'll react to it next time? -The person with the "rash" and the bleached sheets- this is a spot treatment, yo. Benzoyl Peroxide is drying and can be irritating. That's why you put it on SPOTS and also take care to use non-comedogenic moisturizers, too. Given the MASSIVE area of bleach staining on your sheets, you clearly rubbed this all over your back in excess. As for the bleaching? Hi, it's PEROXIDE. It says on the package it can bleach hair and fabric. ALL Benzoyl Peroxide can do this. Furthermore, guys, with any product that can be drying and irritating: benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, retinol, tretinoin, AHA, BHA - you need to ease into using it, take a break for a day or two where you are just gently cleansing and MOISTURIZING. A product being drying or irritating does not mean it's not working. It means it's strong and you need to use the amount your skin will tolerate and pamper it in between uses. (especially with retinoids/tretinoin, there is an ugly period to get through) And yes, you need to moisturize even if you have acne. Skin will overproduce oil when it's too dry, which makes more acne. You also don't want to wash with hot water, because it's drying and brings out more oil. Straight up argan oil for face like Josie Maran is great for this. Korean Snail Cream is also great for acne and moisture. But this spot treatment? Just use a little dot on those spots. Not around it, not all over your back. Just bear in mind: you are killing bacteria/drying out the pimples, and you are also wanting to restore healthy oil balance to the skin when treating acne. That's the goal. And if acne isn't bacterial, it's hormonal, which generally sucks to deal with.

Solid Spot Treatment BUT
This is a solid acne spot treatment, but it’s definitely one you want to use with care. I highly recommend making sure your skin is well-hydrated before applying it. If your skin barrier is compromised or irritated, do not use this, because it can make breakouts and redness worse. It’s very drying on the areas where you apply it, so precision is key - only spot-apply directly on the blemish, not around it, to avoid unnecessary peeling or irritation. When used correctly and with proper prep, it works very effectively. I usually see regular pimples deflate within about 3-4 days, and cystic acne tends to shrink within about 1-1.5 weeks. Overall, a strong spot treatment that delivers results, as long as you use it thoughtfully and keep your skin barrier in mind. P.S. If you have sensitive skin, this product is not your friend; it's a pretty harsh treatment

Applied This and My Pores Signed a Peace Treaty Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 Stars) I’m supposed to be worrying about my cholesterol and my mortgage, not waking up looking like a topographical map of the volcanic regions of Mars. I had a breakout so aggressive it wasn't just a few "blemishes"—it was an insurgency. They were trying to overthrow my face and establish a sovereign state on my left cheek. So, I bought AcneFree Terminator 10. I didn't want a "treatment." I wanted a war crime. I’m 47 years old. At this stage of my life, my face should be a dignified landscape of "experience" and "character." Instead, I woke up with a breakout so violent it looked like my pores were hosting a red-misted riot. I had a cyst on my jawline that was so massive it was starting to develop its own political opinions and a pulse that synced up with my car’s blinker. I didn't want a "soothing gel." I wanted chemical warfare in a one-ounce tube. The Tactical Breakdown: The 10% Solution: This isn’t a "treatment." It’s an eviction notice served by a SWAT team. 10% Benzoyl Peroxide is the nuclear option. I applied a dab to a blemish that looked like a miniature Mount Vesuvius, and by 0700 hours the next morning, that thing had been neutralized, vaporized, and wiped from the census records. The Terminator Brand: They didn't call it "Butterfly Whispers" for a reason. This stuff is the T-800 of ointments. It doesn't feel pity, or remorse, or fear, and it absolutely will not stop, ever, until your blemish is dead. I’m pretty sure if I put this on a grape, it would turn into a raisin before I finished my coffee. Why You Need This: If you’re a grown man tired of looking like you’re going through a second, uninvited puberty, stop playing around with those "natural" oils that smell like a hippy’s laundry. You need the heavy artillery. Terminator 10 is for when you decide that the pimple needs to cease existing immediately regardless of the Geneva Convention. If you’re tired of "gentle" organic gels that smell like a hippy’s armpit and do absolutely nothing while your face erupts, you need the nuclear option. This is for the man who wants to look his reflection in the eye and say, "I am the captain now." ### The Final Verdict: My face is currently as smooth as a fresh sheet of ice. Any bacteria brave enough to even think about clogging a pore sees the orange and white tube on my counter and immediately undergoes spontaneous combustion. Final Verdict: My face is finally clear, mostly because any blemish that dares to surface sees the orange and white tube on my vanity and decides to self-terminate out of pure, unadulterated terror. It’s cheap, it’s ruthless, and it’s the only reason I can show my face in the Hinterland without wearing a welding mask. AcneFree: Because sometimes you just have to nuke the site from orbit. It’s the only way to be sure.

Burned on my face but I still can apply on other part of my body like my neck and chest.

I’ve had a good experience using this as a targeted spot treatment for stubborn breakouts. The 10% benzoyl peroxide formula is strong enough that I tend to see angry spots start to calm down and look less red after consistent use over a couple of days, especially on those deep, under‑the‑skin pimples. I like that it’s designed to be used just on problem areas, so it fits easily into an existing routine without needing to overhaul everything else I’m using. The texture spreads easily in a thin layer, and a little goes a long way, so one tube lasts quite a while if you’re only treating a few spots at a time. Because it’s a maximum‑strength formula, I’m a bit careful to use a small amount and follow up with moisturizer to avoid dryness or irritation, but when used that way it has been very effective for me. For a focused, no‑nonsense spot treatment to keep on hand for those inevitable breakouts, this is an easy 5‑star product in my book.
