I was not wild about pink but I was hoping that these were made for women. I was right. I bought a different set of resistance bands and they were too long. By the time I settled into one I was already in a stretched out position. This set is a perfect size. I needed them because I broke my ankle last year while the bones are healed the muscles aren't. I needed to start using my muscles and I mean all of my muscles to get the strength back that I had before the accident. I am 73 but I work out regularly or at least I did. These are perfect. I like the fact that each band has its own cellophane sleeve to keep them clean. Then the whole bunch of the bands goes into a fabric bag. I am very happy with them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ One complaint *by P***A on Reviewed in the United States on July 5, 2019* They do not stay the full width when exercising. They tend to roll up on your legs etc. I like the variety of strengths-from very light to heavy. It comes with some exercises for use. These come with so many different strength levels (6, to be exact! others only come with 4,) too, which is awesome, because that means I can mix and match my workouts accordingly! The latex feels durable. Even comes with a carrying case, which is great, because I like my gym bag to be organized, and that's where these will pretty much live! Oh yes, and it comes with a little foldable booklet with some exercise ideas.
