I think this product is good, but not best. my expections is high, but I never found any result of developing. Full west of money.

The combination is not good
The combination is not good. Although the individual herbs are really potent and effective, but if you combine Brahmi, Gingko and Blueberry extract with Rosemary; the effects are subtle and aren’t that pronounced. I think Rosemary dilutes the effects of the other three herbs. So, that is why I believe if Rosemary was not mixed in it then it would have been a much more effective supplement.

It's OK
I take it occasionally. Usually at night to aid with relaxation. I might also take some chamomile, gotu Kola and ashwagandha same time. What I find is that in combination all these together are helpful to me.I don't try taking it daily because I just fel it's more suitable to two or 3 times a week.The herbs within it should definitely be helpful for my relaxation purpose but it can depend on the quality of the supplements.
