I take two tablets morning, noon and night with food, roughly 4000 mg to 6000 mg daily. Start out slowly though, work up to that amount or else you can get pretty gasy. Keep it up and try at least three months worth to see results. I've been taking MSM since Febuary, and within a month I noticed a difference in my hair. I take about the same amount in Vitamin C along with it. They work really well together. The pills are large so be careful . I take two a day and no side effects . So far I feel great taking them , I started them in sept to help with my hair growth . My pixie has grown out soooooo much .
