interesting and good book for kids

I really loved the idea of this but, feel that the execution is quite awkward. The authors convey the life story of a person and end with his death but, then the next story will be about the same person but at an earlier time in his life. This is quite confusing and led to my child asking, "But, I thought he was dead?" I'm not sure why the authors just didn't place all the stories pertaining to the same individual before the story of that individual's death. The authors do this repeatedly with each character.Unfortunately, there are quite a few spelling errors throughout the book also.Besides those two issues, my child seems to love the stories and asks for it to be read all the time and of course that is the most important aspect of any book.
