I decided that I’d better start trying some of the products that I have stockpiled. My goodness, this was easy!!! I did fine, however, that I needed to add probably 1/2-3/4 cup more of mix to have the dough come together nicely. I make the dough in my machine, but bake it off in the oven - preheated at 360 and baked for 35 minutes. The resulting loaf was incredible!!! Crunchy crust and soft, fluffy interior. I hit the crust with a little butter while it was hot. It softened into a wonderful and delicious sandwich bread. Product is perfect to have on hand for lazy days and for when baking supplies may be difficult to find. I don’t hesitate to recommend this product.

I used to make my own bread mix using5#bags of flour. Well now I’m just old and don’t feel like getting into that effort anymore. This is pretty much the same as what I used to do. Thank goodness. The taste after baking is great. Gave a loaf to my neighbor while being sick and said it was the best toast for her. The texture has the right texture with out adding some gluten. I’ve been using it in my cuisinart bread machine and rises and browns perfectly. Best thing I REALLY like about this recipe is that it’s above sea level which affects amounts of yeast and salt. I’ve indulged into getting a dough machine so I can keep some dough in the freezer for some of the best tasting bread and rolls. I’ve sometimes used buttermilk for the liquid which enhances the sweetness in the bread. Once I do open the can I transfer the proper amount in mason jars and then vacuum seal them. So far I have three unopened cans but more can’t be a wrong thing

This product is very handy for a quick loaf of bread, keeping in mind you can’t just throw this can into your camping gear and expect to make a loaf of bread or rolls at the campfire. You will need to bring packets of yeast and some oil with you to make the dough, or you can’t use it at all. Even for emergency cases, you will need healthy, fresh yeast and oil to make bread, so stock up these items, as well. All in all, really nice and handy product to whip up some bread or rolls, and it seems very useful for pizza doughs and sweet rolls as well. Wouldn’t be as useful for long term storage or in case of a catastrophe, as you need extra ingredients to make the actual dough. I thought it was all-inclusive, except for maybe adding water, but that is not the case, and I didn’t really see anywhere that it man ruined anything other than it was a bread and roll mix. A bag of flour would have worked just as well.

I am so happy I found this flour. First time I used today I made pizza at home. The taste and texture is better than take out pizza. I used bread recipe from can of flour. I did add sugar and other flavorings and spices to make it taste like pizza. No strange taste at all. Bottom of crust was so brown and has the chew like take out pizza but better. I have tried to bake real white bread by myself but the bread either didn't rise or when I baked it the bread was so heavy like a brick. So this bread flour is going to help me achieve a loaf of bread finally. Can't wait to try it soon. The price is reasonable for all this flour. I usually pay at least $5 for a small bag of Gold medal bread flour. The flour can be used for so many ideas. The texture is great. Taste is great. Very easy to use. I have update on this flour and I baked biscuits and they came out amazing. I added a little garlic and onion powder for more flavor and I loved the biscuits. I also made cinnamon mini rolls from this dough. Everything comes out amazing. One thing I do now instead of using yeast because I have become allergic I use baking powder and everything still rises and bakes amazing even pizza dough

The directions for perfect bread is on the container; so simple. So GOOD!
