Great - but the hand pump is terrible
The ball itself is great, very good quality and a nice colour so it doesn’t look ugly in the home. However the hand pump is a comedy. You absolutely need an electric pump to fill this ball up for the first time. Luckily I had one for an air mattress at home that did the job.

Came without a plug
What earthly use is a stability ball without a plug? This thing arrived with next to no wrapping, no instructions, and no plug. It’s a big thick piece of flexible plastic. I stupidly started inflating it before I realized this, and wasted my time and my considerable effort with a bicycle pump. Not happy.

Trustworthy!
Really like this exercise ball and I feel safe on it and that it won’t burst on me! I am 5’8 and it’s a great size for me. It’s a bit of work to pump up in the first instance but after that keeps great shape.

No way to inflate it
The ball looks great. But twice the ball has been delivered, with NO plug to hold in the air, no advertised pump or instructions. The first was picked up by the 2nd delivery driver. The second one I have to mail myself.
