Perfect for neck exercises
Exactly what I wanted. Very sturdy and well made. No idea what the max capacity is but far above anything I'll ever use. Adjustable, wide straps, remains snug on my head once I got it fitted. I'm using it with a Theraband but plan to use plates, too. Straps can scrape my ears a bit if I don't have it positioned correctly but a minor annoyance. Overall very pleased. My gym had something like this (but not as nice) but it kept disappearing and finally was gone for good. Plus I didn't like the fact that everyone else had the same fabric straps wrapped around their heads. :)

I'd spend a little more to get something better.
It's alright, does the job but it doesn't fit that well compared to other neck equipment. If I were you, I'd spend a little more to get something better.

Excellent piece of equipment
Excellent piece of equipment. Adjustable straps across the back of the head and under the chin ensure tight, comfortable and secure training. I use the chain attachment with free weight, but it also connects easily to most cable machines at most gyms, and resistance bands. All three are necessary in my opinion for safe and effective neck training. If there is one note I would make to the manufacturer, it would be to design the chain so that i could be completely detached. Would increase the amount of exercises you could perform with minimal set up.

Great fit, holds well
Great fit, holds well, and no weird rubbing on my dome. Does droop over ears a bit so I have to take my headphones out. I rep 50lbs consistently and have taken it to 90lbs with no worries. It will hold more. This was great in producing a couple inches around my neck over a fairly short amount of time, so it helped with the military tape test for my fat brethren. Great product and I recommend. I feel like a beast rocking this thing!

not a good choice. The top of head strap is way ...
Wow..not a good choice. The top of head strap is way to long (one other reviewer mentioned this). I wear a large hat size (big head) and due to the excessively long top strap the forehead strap covers my eyes and pulls the tops of my ears down. Also the velcro chin strap is somehow or another of inferior quality and will not stay fastened. One last complaint - the metal connection eyelets are at the ear and can rub against your head. I am returning this to the seller. As for the metal eyelets where the chain connects (something I did not think about when ordering) I found a different model on Amazon (DMoose for $21.99) which instead has fabric straps on each side that appear to drop down about 10 inches or so from then head, then the metal eyelets and chain attach at that point - away from your head. That should be a much better design..I am hoping anyway. I will do a review on the DMoose model after I try it.

Excellent product. Of course it's uncomfortable
Excellent product. Of course it's uncomfortable, but it does exactly what it's supposed to. Fitness is about getting comfortable being uncomfortable anyway.

Satisfied
I really like the addition of this neck harness to my workout routine. It works my neck muscles in a way that cannot be replicated by any other equipment. This one is just as good as others I've had that cost double. I have worked up to repping the 45 lb plate, and the chain on this is up to the challenge.
