Really Tasty, and Easy to Grow!
I regularly grow microgreens, and was looking for a new supplier for seeds. I found these, and read some of the reviews, so I thought I'd take a chance. First off, the price is really good for a full pound of seed. I've spent over $6 on a single packet of microgreens seeds, and for what this costs, you're getting like 17 packs, at only 4x the price, meaning that the 'per pack' price on these seeds would equate to about a buck a pack. Good savings there. These seeds germinated extremely well, as you can see in the pictures, and grew very dense. I was able to get about 6 salads out of these, which I top with a protein for a complete meal. Just the salad portion, in keeping with my math above, equates to about $0.20 per salad. Awesome. Did I mention nutrition? Microgreens are packed with nutrition, which is why many people are starting to grow them. I started growing them a couple of years ago, and really enjoy the process. My favorite thing about these particular microgreens are the flavor. There's zero bitterness, as things like arugula is left out. There's also no spiciness, which I didn't expect to be the case, since there's radish in the mix, but it must be at such a low level as to not be an issue. Anyway, the flavor of these is probably my favorite of the mixes I've tried so far. I'll be stocking up on these!

Very, VERY happy with this purchase!
I can't believe it was this easy! My first "crop" of microgreens were full, lush and ready to eat only 2-3 weeks after sowing. I generally followed the directions provided by Rainbow Heirloom, using cheap (poor quality) TEMU coco coir in large brown IKEA serving bowls. After the seeds started to germinate, I put them in a sunny window. I still got great germination and they look beautiful. I will probably use fewer seeds than directed on the next round. I also sowed some of the arugula seeds in my garden and they're just now coming up. I purchased four mixes: Eastern Sun, Superfood, Sulforaphane and Rocket Salad. They all taste pretty much the same except for the arugula/rocket salad which I could eat the arugula like popcorn. The attached video shows all my microgreen projects. The middle oblong trays aren't Rainbow Heirloom. As you can see, their germination wasn't as impressive.

Good germination - a bit spicy
This is the best value for this quantity of microgreens seeds I’ve been able to find. This is my first time growing microgreens, and these seeds germinated and sprouted at a high rate. They provide instructions on their website for sowing and care, which was helpful and seem accurate too. I was able to grow a great crop the first time thanks to these seeds! Flavor-wise, I can use these microgreens for salads and sandwiches. They do have a bit of a radish-y spice, so I might try a milder variety next time. Otherwise a good mix of flavors and a great texture for many uses.

Success! My First Time!!!
This was my very first order for seeds. I choose these seeds because there was a big variety of flavors within the mix. I bought half a pound, thinking it wasn't that much, well, it's a lot! I used organic soil for the growth medium about 3/4" thick, then spraying with water, then spreading the seeds across the growing base. I learned to press the next seed medium on top of the first one. Block the light until germination. Then keep in sun or lamps, 15 hours a day. Mist 5 - 7 times a day. Water from the bottom if the roots look thirsty. These are so good. I haven't stir-fried them yet, but I'm looking forward to it! They are so healthy and easy to eat, even my husband likes them (and the have 40% more nutrition than the regular size vegetables. And get different mixes according to your tastes. So fun!!!

Perfect in every thing
This product arrived in 4 days, it has no smell, I already bought with it the JUDE layers and I had a container to grow sprout. I soaked the jude over night, it had a slight smell that disappear by the morning (I kept the container uncovered), spread the seeds on the jude, spray with water mist, cover and left it. I was spraying it thoroughly once a day and keep it covered. After three days it staerted to sprout, and nothing was waisted, every single seed is sprouting. I was soooo happy, it grew fully in 4 days and I started to added on my salad and sandwitches. One thing is worth mentioning is that you might see at the beginning of sprouting a white hue or web at the bottom, which I thought is fungus. However, it is not, it turns out to be cilia at the roots of the sprout that will disappear as it grows. I will definately buy it again and I highly recommend it to who ever is into sprouting. It taste rich and dilicious, not spicy as some other sprouts.

Near total germination! 🌱🌱🌱
I'm just getting back into growing my own sprouts and was looking for reliable brands. The Ferry-Morse name brand and several other suppliers all had pretty lousy germination rates: 1 tbsp of seeds would get me maybe a cup of sprouts. ~3 days of growing them gets you a sandwich worth? Nah. 😅 This brand gave me a whole cookie sheet of greens from 2⅓ tbsp of seeds! That's near 100% germination, as there were hardly any unpopped seeds when I rinsed the sprouts! To add to it, this mix in particular is delicious. Just the right amount of spicy and refreshing in this blend. I'm sure with tomato season coming, these will be amazing on a mozzarella and tomato sandwich with lots of fresh black pepper and basil. I can definitely say these will satisfy the hippie in you. (Note: exposing the sprouts to a little sunlight right before harvest will harden them off a bit and make them crispier. They'll also look less pale and sad)
