I think one must be very specific I.e. the exact same incense used in Catholic Church ceremonies.
It wasn’t the frankincense that is used in religious ceremonies. I used to get frankincense from a priest friend and it was composed of tiny gravel-like material. The aroma was powerful. There was a tiny charcoal involved and the grains were sprinkled on this charcoal. I desperately needed this product to get rid of the smell of four months of flooding in my home. With the product I ordered there was no profound aroma and the charcoal I burned emitted a very black smoke. Took it all outside and I am done with it. Must say, this was the FIRST product to let me down.

Useless product.This is not Frankincense! Pieces looks good, even suspiciously nice!but got no small at all, even i a small room.more burned smell than Frankincense.Don't even want to know what kind of "resin" this is!Worthless!!!
